Quest Duperron is the Service Manager at Coastal Hydraulics, bringing 20 years of experience in field operations, equipment maintenance, and technical team leadership. With a strong foundation in mechanical systems and hydraulic technologies, Quest now focuses on managing service operations, driving performance, and improving reliability for industrial clients. His career has spanned through both military and private sectors —serving in the U.S. Coast Guard and since leading multiple service departments in various high-demand environments. At Coastal Hydraulics, he oversees day-to-day service operations, implementation of preventive maintenance strategies, technician development, process improvement, and ensures customer satisfaction through efficient communication and scheduling. Quest holds a business degree along with dozens of technical certifications, including IFPS Certified Industrial Hydraulic Mechanic, and NCCCO Certified Crane Inspector. He has also authored multiple published articles focused on hydraulic systems and serves as a Board Member for the International Fluid Power Society (IFPS), where he contributes to advancing national testing standards and promoting workforce development within the service industry.
