Leigh Stramm is our Inside Sales Support Specialist with over 35 years of experience in sales and sales support roles, she brings a deep understanding of customer service, technical sales processes, and industrial applications. Her background includes specialized experience in the industrial coatings sector, with a focus on High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) tungsten carbide coatings—providing valuable insight into complex manufacturing and engineering environments. In her current role at Coastal Hydraulics, she supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing detailed quotes, processing orders, and facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments. She is committed to delivering accurate, efficient service and ensuring each customer receives the highest level of support. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winthrop University and applies both her academic foundation and industry experience to build strong client relationships and contribute to the success of the team.
